"5 stars We had a loud rattling sound that could not be diagnosed, so we took our car to Chesters and the problem was found within 30 minutes. Once booked in, our car was repaired the same day and rattling sound is all gone. Thanks heaps"

"Madison is absolutely brilliant at what he does, our vehicle has been into other mechanics and have been told numerous different things in regards to one certain issue. Madison took one look over and found the issue straight up, along with that, there were other things that needed replacing, that Madison was more than happy to fix and did so without hesitation, whilst we sourced the parts elsewhere, Madison was more than happy for our vehicle to remain with him until the parts arrived. That took a few weeks and yet he still insisted it was fine there, even had his colleagues wash our car whilst it was there. Then it came time to pick the vehicle up and due to not having someone to help with that. Madison then offered to drop our car off to us, which was extremely appreciated. Top bloke, easy to communicate with, will go over and beyond to help his customers and is fantastic at his job. Great work Madison! Highly, highly recommend his business to everyone."
