All the car experts say that I have to get my oil changed every 5,000 kms, is that true?

The additive in motor oil starts to break down as soon as it heats up to high temperatures, which happens almost every time you drive. We find that the 5,000 kilometres mark is an excellent point to have your engine oil replaced. We’ll be happy to change both your oil as well as the oil filter so as not to “combine” deteriorated oil left in the old filter with the new oil freshly installed in your car.
